These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tripnest mobile application, website and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Tripnest is an online travel booking platform that helps users discover and book hotels, stays and flights through the Platform. Tripnest may work with hotels, airlines, travel providers, payment partners and other third-party service providers to facilitate bookings.
Tripnest may act as an intermediary between users and third-party hotels, airlines and travel service providers. The actual accommodation and transportation services are provided by the respective hotels, airlines or travel providers, which may operate independently of Tripnest.
To use most features of the Platform, you must register and maintain an active account, provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or misuse of your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
By placing a hotel or flight booking request, you authorise Tripnest and relevant third-party providers to use and share the information necessary to process, confirm and fulfil your booking, subject to availability and applicable terms.
Hotel descriptions, room information, availability, flight schedules, timings, prices and other travel details are provided based on information received from relevant travel providers. Availability, schedules, room allocation and other details may change and are subject to the respective provider’s policies.
Hotel and flight prices, taxes, fees and applicable charges will generally be displayed before you confirm a booking. Prices and availability may change until the booking is successfully confirmed.
Payments for hotel and flight bookings may be processed through supported online payment gateways or other payment methods made available by Tripnest. By making a payment, you authorise the applicable booking amount, taxes, fees and other disclosed charges.
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, modification and no-show policies may vary by hotel, room type, airline, fare type and booking. The specific terms shown at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
Hotels, airlines and other travel partners providing services through or in connection with Tripnest are responsible for maintaining accurate business, service and availability information and complying with applicable laws, regulations and industry requirements.
Travel partners are responsible for the accommodation, transportation or other travel services they provide, including applicable quality standards, schedules, safety requirements, pricing, taxes and customer-service obligations.
Users may be allowed to rate and review hotels, stays or travel services. Such content reflects the views of individual users and not necessarily those of Tripnest. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading or violates these Terms or applicable laws.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Tripnest and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
While we aim to connect you with reliable Service Partners, we do not guarantee that the services will always meet your expectations or be free from errors, delays or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripnest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or services.
Our total aggregate liability, if any, for direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the specific booking or service most directly related to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tripnest, its owners, employees and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform or engaged in activities that may harm us, other users or Service Partners.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
